VP, Offensive Security Lead

$190,000 - $220,000 base salary*
Glocomms partnered with a leading asset management firm in the search for an Offensive Security Engineer. You will have the exciting opportunity to be the first hire on the offensive security team and help shape the program from the ground up. Much of your day will focus on penetration testing, prioritizing features and applications to be tested, planning testing activities, manual testing of security features, performing adversarial tests, reporting on vulnerabilities, and collaborating closely with the security operations, software engineering, and site reliability engineering teams.
Qualifications
- Offensive security certifications required (OSWE/OSCP/OSWA or equivalent)
- 5+ years demonstrable experience in web penetration testing and security research
- Experience working with cloud and container architectures
- Familiarity with scripting and programming languages (Java, C++, Python, or similar language) preferred
- Financial Services experience is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
