One of the leading logistics and supply chain software Pre-IPO vendors is looking for the first person on the ground in the EMEA region. After their success in other regions they would like to expand to Europe as they have received a very interesting funding.
Core Responsibilities:
- Accurately forecasting sales and driving the business.
- Coaching, training, and motivating teams, as well as successfully selecting talent and integrating talent into an effective team.
- Grow the EMEA region from scratch and recruit the new sales team for Europe
- Win new logos in supply chain, logistics and automotive verticals.
- Take care of your customers by managing the accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing to develop marketing plans
- Build up the Channel/Partner landscape
- Ability to perform effective product demonstrations for the company product suite.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant sales experience.
- Native/ excellent German speaker (C1). Fluent English speaker. Other languages are a plus.
- 6+ years experience selling software (SaaS) products to the logistics, supply chain and manufacturing industry.
- Passion for continuously learning about and leveraging new technology.
- Highly self-motivated, aggressive, energetic, creative, and personable.
