Position: Senior Sales (Solutions) Engineer
Location: Remote

Glocomms is currently leading a retained search for a Senior Sales Engineer at a disruptive and global embedded IoT Security vendor working to help solve the world's critical IoT security flaws one device at a time. As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will be heavily involved in customer-facing activities during all stages of the sales cycle, from pre-sales to POCs and implementations. The Senior Sales Engineer will be integral in customer support both remote and on-site, in order to help customers diagnose and quickly resolve any technical issues they may encounter.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide technical sales support in a fast-paced environment
- Perform technical presentations and demos for customers, partners and prospects
- Set up demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers and prospects
- Assist with the development of formal sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities.
- Provide updates to customers on requested features, bug fixes and product roadmaps
- Understand industry-based policies as they pertain to IoT, OWASP, SAST, DAST or other relevant software-level security tools/policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or computer science
- 5+ years experience in a security Pre/Post-sales role
- Knowledge of the Software and application security markets, including key players, market trends, and technology direction. Awareness of security matrixes or governance models in the enterprise security marketplace (PCI, HIPAA, ISO) is a plus
- Background in IoT or Appsec
- Knowledge of core software security areas such as SAST, DAST, and IAST tools on the market
- Certifications which may be applicable: CISSP, CSSLP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CEH
