My customer's mission is to make energy more manageable, they optimise and manage energy usage for some of the biggest companies in the world, suggesting ways of improvement to their customers and building renewable energy centres across the world!
The customer has had an investment in their Cyber Security division and as they grow are looking to have a big emphasise on their Cyber Security department with this, they are looking to build their Cyber Security practises and to manage their Risk in the best way possible.
The customer is a really interesting one to work for, they want to make the world better, healthier and to support their customers by optimising their Energy usage to save them money and to help the planet.

Job Details

Senior Cyber Security Manager

Primary responsibilities will include : Identifying and mapping business risks across the groups departments (Finance, Legal, Operations, Market, HR and so on), managing risk management projects once given the green light, monitoring risk management tools and helping to both implement and training users on all, regularly auditing the risks and/or breaches of compliance, communicating with Senior stakeholders within the business, challenging technical teams and providing a high level of documentation.
Mastery of the ISO 31000 standard, knowledge of ISO 27001, 9001), knowledge of M365 tools from both a user side and a back end side and over 10 years of Risk Management at an Enterprise level.
You will be joining a small team, but a key part of the position will be to grow the team (both with internals and externals).
In short the customer is looking for a pro-active Senior Manager, who can help to define their roadmap, push Risk Management to senior stakeholders within the business and lead of a team of Cyber Security professionals to improve the level, quality and security of the business.
Given the international context of the business, a fluency in French and at least B2 (Professional level) will be required.
Massive opportunity for more projects/extensions to follow, you will be responsible for defining the roadmap with the Head of Cyber Security.
No specific certificates are required, but any relevant certifications will certainly support your application.
