- Hybrid: 2 days on site per week

- Contract: 6 months rolling
- Day rate: $600-$900

- Glocomms are currently working with a world-leading insurance company looking for a highly qualified and experienced IAM Project Manager interested in taking up a project with their team in Chicago.
- Client offers a great opportunity for a long-term engagement, when you finish on this project, if they have the availability, they will propose you for another project.
- Due to a lack of internal availability, client looking to freelance market for external expertise.
- We are long-term partners with this client and have more exciting future projections in the plans with them.
Responsibilities:
- Leading project execution for various Identity products such as IAM, PKI, IAG, AD, PAM.
- Developing and managing project plans, identifying risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Facilitating communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
- Implementing agile practices, including scrums, standups, and backlog management.
- Monitoring project status, conducting reviews, and ensuring adherence to quality metrics.
- Develop and maintain an IAM strategy aligned with organisational goals and objectives.
- Identify and assess IAM risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in IAM.
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of IAM projects and initiatives.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Recognises when additional information is required and asks pertinent questions to obtain it, delivers solutions even in uncertain situations, and communicates underlying assumptions clearly.
- Tailors information and narratives to suit the audience, provides regular updates, and evaluates data to discern potential value or steps to generate value.
- Establish and enforce policies and procedures for user access management.
- Define roles and responsibilities for access provisioning and de-provisioning.
- Implement identity governance tools and technologies to automate access controls.
