As a Sales Specialist you will be responsible of driving forward business opportunities, as well as building and developing relationships with new customers for the DACH region.
Responsibilities:
- Solid understanding of the cloud world and ability to explain cloud products/enterprise software or IT Services' benefits and features in detail
- Nurturing a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction
- Achieve/overachieve your quotas quarter by quarter
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the campaign
Skills and experience required:
- Experience in Customer Success and/or Account Management
- Fluent in German and English
- Demonstrable track-record of achieving sales goals
- Business acumen, sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast paced environment
- Experience with cloud based solutions selling to C-level and technical buyers
