A market-leading vendor in the RPA (Robotic Process Automation) space, is looking for a Sr. Enterprise Sales Specialist focusing on their brand new Martech / CX solution to join their team in Switzerland. They maximize customer lifetime value, streamline service, and boost efficiency, in order to help the world's leading brands solve problems fast and transform for the future.
As a Sr. Enterprise Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving forward business opportunities, as well as building and developing relationships.
Responsibilities:
- The role consists of new logo acquisitions and account management as well
- Leveraging the challenger selling principles for product segment opportunities by providing insight to the customer
- Developing a sales strategy in the assigned territory with a prospect list
- Achieve/overachieve your quotas quarter by quarter
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Enterprise Field Sales
- Fluent in English and German or French or Italian
- Passionate about some/all fo these SAAS areas: CX, Martech, Experience Management, Digital Marketing
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales goals
- Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, high growth, and pressurized environment
- Able to communicate and organize up, down, and across the organization to get desired outcomes.
- Extensive knowledge of the CMO, Retention Executive, Revenue Officer, etc., Next Best Action, predictive analytics, and real-time marketing services and products
- Overall understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape
