A pre-IPO company that provides a CX SaaS app, capturing data in one powerful and user-friendly platform to provide the best online experience for customers, is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer in Germany.
As a Senior Sales Engineer DACH, you will collaborate with the Sales and Product team, by sharing customer feedback with the Product Management, Operations, and Engineering functions.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Sales Engineers and Sales teams
* Understand the challenges and goals of medium to large-sized organizations, across various industries
* Act as an evangelist for the customers
* Build trusted relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers across business and
IT functions
Skills and experience required:
* Experience in sales engineering, solution architecture or solution consulting
* Fluent in German and English, any other language is a plus
* Excellent analytical skills
* Experience with value-based or solution selling concepts
* Experience working on large, complex deals
