Glocomms is currently leading a retained search for a Senior Account Executive at an exciting start-up that is lookinng to revolutionze the Logistics and Supply Chain process of their customers with an innovative and effective digital dock and yard management system.
The Senior Account Manager must have a strong background in Software Sales in the Logistics and Supply Chain industry, and will be working closely the CEO to continue developing and optimizing the sales process for the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and manage your customer pipeline through active outreach and relationship management.
- Conduct product demos that show how how the company solves the biggest pain points of customers.
- Maintain great relationships with customers by providing continued support, assistance, and guidance.
- Be the voice of the customer and collaborate with other internal teams to identify how the company´s software products can improve their logistics operations to path their way into digitalization, optimization, and full automation.
- Manage and track all activity in the company´s CRM.
- Provide forecasts and reporting on customer acquisition and developments in the funnel.
Requirements:
- Fluent in spoken and written German and English.
- Background as an Account Executive in the sale of software in B2B, in the Logistics & Supply Chain industry.
- Preferably also experience working with Warehouse Management Systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Take the initiative and work autonomously with minimum guidance
