Glocomms is currently leading a search for a Senior Account Manager for a global technology leader, that has for many decades provided ERP solutions in the manufacturing, distribution, retail and services industries.
That person will work in a small team of highly skilled sales professionals. They will help grow the business in the UK and across Europe by identifying, prospecting, and developing new and existing business opportunities with the existing customer base, to ensure customers are taking full advantage of the functionality and products that are available to them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop business plans that include strategy and profit goals
- Work on executing plans/campaigns that generate quality leads and interest
- Contact/visit potential customers to understand their needs and business goals
- Run sales engagements from introductory demos to workshops through to order
- Work with Presales to ensure alignment and deep technical understanding of customers' requirements
- Manage end-to-end sales process
- Achieve quotas of qualified opportunities in a defined territory
Requirements:
- Solution sales experience with a proven track record of sales success in the software industry.
- You are goal-oriented and highly self-motivated for success, with a proven track record of over achievement and hitting quota
- Experience selling enterprise application software solutions
- Speaking and writing in English at business level
- Can demonstrates the ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Strong team player
- Experience using Salesforce
