A hyper-grow OT Security company from California is looking for the first person on the ground in Germany. After their success in USA and they most recent funding ($50M) they targeted Germany as their first territory in Europe. They have already signed partnerships with important Systems Integrators and Resellers in EMEA - including the likes of Capgemini.
As a Cybersecurity Sales Executive you will:
- Prospect to enterprise companies and understanding the company needs
- Build up the DACH market from scratch - from channel to direct sales
- Win new logos in Industries accounts (energy, oil & gas, manufacturing, automotive)
- Accurately forecasting sales and driving the business
-Hire and build the sales team in Europe (Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, First Person on the Ground in other countries...)
As a Cybersecurity Sales Executive you should have:
- 10+ Years of direct security software sales experience
- Extensive network with industry customers across Central Europe and DACH
- Fluent in German and English. Other languages a plus.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual quota and performance targets
- Ability to build strong and continuous partner relationships.
- Hands-on mentality
