Responsibilities:
- Manage leads and opportunities; positioning UC, CC, CPaaS, Professional Services, and vendor solutions with clients
- Break into and develop key accounts to drive revenue growth
- Own accounts, develop customer relationships and build contact network in key clientele
- Develop and execute strategies by collaborating with account team to maximize customer satisfaction
- Forecast and manage all accounts by building strong pipelines and over-achieving quotas
- Work as an individual contributor supported by a team of peers working different accounts, with engineering and services overlays providing additional coverage and inputs on opportunities
About you:
- 7+ years of direct sales experience
- Proven experience selling technology solutions into commercial businesses including UC, CC, CCaaS, CPaaS, Video, Data-Networking, e911, business continuity, and management applications
- Strong experience closing deals both virtually and in person
- Bachelors Degree in an IT discipline, Communications, or Business preferred
- Industry Certifications preferred
