As a Change Manager you will:
- Have experience in change management / project / programme management consulting
- A background in managing technology and business change to success
- Managed behavioural and cultural adoption of digital strategy and Microsoft technologies - specifically Office 365 and Microsoft 365
- Have qualifications in PROSCI, ADKAR or ACMP change management
- Understand adoption success frameworks
- Have the ability to help organisations through training
- An ability to create change process and documentation
- Have a proven track record of driving cultural change and developing and managing communities of change
- Have excellent written, presentation and communication skills
- Real understanding of Microsoft mobile and cloud technology and online services benefits
French speaker is a bonus but not required
