A rapidly growing industrial security vendor is looking for a subject matter expert in ICS and IIoT security to join as a Senior Sales Director. The Senior Sales Director must be highly self-motivated and comfortable in a dynamic atmosphere while maintaining a creative and adaptive approach to working with internal and external parties.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years outside hunter security solutions sales experience with a verifiable track record of over-achieving quotas.
Responsibilities:
- Break into and develop key accounts to drive revenue growth
- Develop and execute strategies by collaborating with account team to maximize customer satisfaction
- Own accounts, develop customer relationships and build contact network in key clientele
- Forecast and manage all accounts by building strong pipelines and over-achieving quotas
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years direct security sales experience a must have!
- At least 5 years of experience working in Industrial verticals (Manufacturing, Automotive, Energy, Nuclear, Oil and Gas...etc) and a strong understanding of ICS, SCADA and Automation
- Have sold complex solutions working with Sales Engineers, Marketing and more
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or over delivering on annual quotas
- Coming from a hunter role, currently selling security products
- Knowledge of more than one of the primary security technologies and applications preferred - Next Generation Firewall, intrusion prevention, security management, SIEM, endpoint detection & response, advanced threats, IIoT.

- CEH - Certified Ethical Hacker
