A hyper-growth Accelerated Cloud Computing vendor is seeking a Head of Sales in Germany. This pre-IPO company provides GPU infrastructure for a wide range of applications.
This role will allow you to build a sales strategy and establish the business in the region and build a Sales team, reporting directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a sales strategy and plan within the region, to drive revenue and growth forward
- Implement the sales plan, ensuring its proper execution
- Report and monitor sales activity, conducting regular revenue forecast
- Represent the company in sales events
- Recruiting and onboard new team members
- Ensure targets achievement
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Sales
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Management
- Fluent in German and English
- Leadership/coaching abilities
- Excellent analytical skills
- Experience selling IaaS, SaaS, Software
- Demonstrable track record of achieving or overachieving your sales goals
- Degree in a technical subject (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar).
