Global Account Manager
As a Global Account Manager, you'll work with a select group of critical global accounts and manage regional relationships. You'll be the go-to subject matter expert, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to build a pipeline of new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
Identify new opportunities inside our existing and future Global Strategic Accounts, and meaningfully interact with C-level and executive decision makers
Assume the role of primary point of contact for all issues relating to your assigned accounts.
To be able to examine automation solutions, you must first have a thorough understanding of your customer's business
To properly define and illustrate our value offer to clients, you must first understand our solution and rival solutions
To reach quarterly revenue targets and company goals, forecast and manage the sales pipeline
Collaborate with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction, remove and report roadblocks, and provide a consistent and frictionless experience for customers
Maintain a high-level grasp of the industry and trends affecting or influencing the marketplace by developing a network of strong relationships with important industry influencers, customers, and partners
Requirements
Strong ability to navigate a client's organisation and establish essential points of contact across numerous departments and levels of management
A proven track record of sales success in Enterprise Software
A track record of growing and managing global/strategic accounts
Ability to express new and complicated concepts in a clear and concise manner that generates a strong desire for the solution
Account planning that is based on research and data
Quota achievement that has been proven to be successful
