A leading Beauty Supply tools company is actively seeking an E-Commerce Project Manager. This individual will work across international markets and will lead in the monitoring, controlling, and closing out of projects. Reporting to the Associate Director of Global E-Commerce and working closely with the Global Web Developer, you will manage timelines, progress, and deliverables on all ongoing projects. We currently operate on a hybrid schedule with 2 days in the office and 3 days working remotely. However, this position may be fully remote.

Responsibilities
- Independently managing digital projects, tracking milestones across projects and alert management to any project risks
- Meeting consistently with internal team to manage timelines, progress, and deliverables. Communicating updates to internal clients
- Escalating potential project issues and delays
- Managing incoming requests and timeline negotiations
- Translating internal client priorities and expectations clearly across internal development teams
- Focusing on high-quality deliverables and error-free updates
- Serving as internal lead for development testing
- Supporting overall team revenue goals
- Support internal clients with website troubleshooting, testing, and clarifying development needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or will consider related experience
- Experience having worked with the Magento 1 or 2 platforms
- Strong project management background, proven success in delivering projects on time, on budget, and in scope
- Minimum of 3 years of experience, digital or agency experience ideal
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, responsible and result-driven, solid communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organization and documentation skills
- HTML coding knowledge is not necessary but a plus
- This position is a hybrid workweek 2 in the office/3 out (will consider remote)
