Director of Sales - MarTech

This will be a Leadership position looking after a team of 4 Enterprise Account Executives which will rise to a team of 6 following your appointment. This isn't a vertical specific role so you will need to know how to implement your strategy into a newly formed team in order to gain new market share. You'll be hands on and proactive in your approach with a real passion and drive to get the best from both yourself and your team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strong, strategic sales leadership
- Define business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting
- Develop sales processes effectively
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Skills And Experience Required:
- 10+ years experience in SaaS sales
- 5+ years managing and growing a high performing sales team with a people-first mindset
- Ability to think strategically with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute in collaboration with other team members
- Proven track record of selling six-to-seven figure deals
- Experience running sales in the UK markets
- Strong interpersonal skills
