A fast-growing, market-leading vendor in int the CX / MarTech space is seeking a Director of Sales for the DACH region, based in Germany / Switzerland (Munich, Hamburg, Zurich preferred). They are already a Gartner MQ leader for Content Marketing Platforms. This role will allow you to build a sales team of 5 Enterprise Account Executives, create a strategy, and lead them towards success across the DACH region.
As a Director of Sales, your responsibilities will be to:
- Develop a sales strategy and plan within the region, to drive revenue and growth forward
- Implement the sales plan, ensuring its proper execution
- Support and your sales team, participate in the professional development of all members of your team
- Report and monitor sales activity, conducting regular revenue forecast
- Recruiting and onboard new team members
- Ensure targets achievement
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Enterprise Field Sales
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Management
- Fluent in German and English, any other language is a plus
- Leadership/coaching abilities
- Excellent analytical skills
- Experience in the MarTech, CX areas
- Demonstrable track-record of achieving or overachieving your sales goals
- Strong MEDDIC / MEDDPICC experience
- Experience working on large, complex deals
