Director of New Business EMEA - MarTech
An upcoming MarTech company, offering a Customer Research Platform this business has cutting edge software in the analytics ad marketing space. They are seeking a Director of New Business to join its UK team. You will be leading the Account Executive team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Account Executive team; hire, train, coach and support
- Work with and support the VP Sales and Director of Business Development, driving UK & EMEA performance against teams quota
- Achieve/overachieve your quotas quarter by quarter
- Build a high performing team
- Develop sales strategies to grow and target new markets
Skills and experience required:
- 4+ years managing and leading new business teams
- Significant software sells industry experience
- Experience working at fast growing environments and building successful teams
- Training, development, mentoring and coaching experience
- Strong executive presence
- Demonstrable track-record of achieving sales goals. Strong reputation on exceeding sales quota's
- Hunter/New business development mentality
- Experience selling to {C-level)
