Responsibilities
- Engage with strategic customers to better understand the DevOps and competing developer tools landscape in which products are used
- Articulate trends in DevOps and APM product/component technology trends and identify product/solution innovation opportunities
- Synthesize customer insights, quantitative and qualitative data, and business strategy into product concepts and requirements
- Define roadmap for constituent products and platforms
- Participate in the development process to provide in-depth customer requirements to Engineering and execution
Required Skills
- 10+ years of software product management experience with demonstrated success
- Excellent teamwork and written/verbal communication skills
- Computer Science or Engineering
- Experience building or working with developers tools such as AppDynamics/Cisco, Dynatrace, New Relic, Sysdig, Ansible, Jenkins...etc
- Advanced degrees in fields such as statistics, computer science, physics, or MBA
- Background in Software Engineering, Computer Science or developer-based technologies
- Experience in a startup environment and agile product management using JIRA and Confluence
