- Recruiting & onboarding new partners in the different territories to support sales efforts in those regions
- Driving Channel activities in all territories catered to local requirements and culture to drive a qualified pipeline
- Working collaboratively with Sales Engineers to ensure ongoing account technical support
- Handling the Sales and Technical Enablement of strategic partners
- Understanding the customer's business and how our products impact their business
The Channel Account Manager should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in VAR/MSSPS/Channel Sales
- Must have a keen talent selling IT
- 5 or more years' experience in selling B2B, related IT, software, and networking
- Ability to communicate effectively, build and maintain strong relationships with partners, and have efficient time management and organizational skills
- A quantifiable track record of exceptional and consistent quota achievement and success demonstrated by territory/professional growth
- Travel and be located in the DC / Virginia area and possess territory knowledge
