Role: Account Manager Aerospace & Defense (m/w/d)
Salary: EUR 140,000 - 170,000 OTE (50/50)
Location: Home Office in Germany, Italy, or France
Territory: EMEA

For over 30 years, my client has been delivering solutions to customers such as Taxibot, BAE Systems, NASA, and Collins Aerospace. This company is currently experiencing a burst of growth, which will result in unlimited growth opportunities for its employees in the near and distant future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage current customer base and acquire new customers in EMEA
- Achieve and exceed targets annually
- Develop and maximize the company's margin
- Create and execute account plans
- Establish connections on the Cxx level
- Work in a cross-functional team of Engineers, Inside Sales, and SDRs
- Track record of successful Solution Selling
- Support the company's promotions and events in said territory
Profile:
- English fluency (Italian, French, German, Spanish are a bonus)
- Minimum of 6 years sales experience
- Motivated, proactive, and collaborative
- Good communication skills
- Competent with using Salesforce
- Up to 15% travel time
