As an Account Executive, you will be responsible of driving forward business opportunities, as well as building and developing relationships with new customers.
Responsibilities:
The role consists mainly of new logo acquisition
Manage multiple accounts and develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points
Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction
Achieve/overachieve your quotas quarter by quarter
Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the campaign
Skills and experience required:
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Customer Success and/or Account Management
Fluent in German and English
Existing network to manufacturing / automotive TOP 500 customer
Demonstrable track-record of achieving sales goals
Hunter/New business development mentality
Business acumen, sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast paced environment
